Message ...if you'd like to know the details, read on...

The work done was 2 owners previous to me and over 2 years from when I bought the Z. It started knocking while my mechanic drove it to get aligned after a big suspension upgrade (springs, shocks, sway bars, adj F+R arms, adj tie rods).

After the incident, I was told (by Z1) that the car was given a $2500 service (not a complete rebuild) to make it run again after a previous owner ran it into the ground. It was pushed to another owner after this service. I have no idea how it was treated except for the last 3,000 miles/6 months, which were mine.

Two owners later, 14K miles and 2.5 years it had more issues. As I well knew, it was in no way under warranty by Z1 when I bought it.

I decided to go for a full build from Z1 and the result is a 504RWHP Ash-tuned monster of a Z that I am proud to own. Even with problems from my current build, Z1 has made things right.

Let me add that the endless bickering whenever Z1 is mentioned is rediculous. If you're trying to convince someone to use another shop you go about it the wrong way.

Many of you appear like children with nothing better to do than post nonsense. When I read the posts and looked for facts (which I did before I spent a single dime at Z1) I found nothing on twinturbo.net to take Z1 out of the list. The small percentage of arguments that appeared factual regarding Z1 never materialized into anything concrete.

Most of the issues I see are the result of owner neglect...sportin600s in CT (forget sn), aziator and a few others come to mind. The rest is trivia like who owns what, who paid who for what and my friend's cousin didn't like his experience. The top people calling out Z1 on tt.net for problems are not customers. In my opinion, this is a waste of everyone's time.

I expect excellent customer service and a quality product for my money. Based on my own experiences, I would recommend Z1 to this day.
